• Your name and contact details

• Nature of the complaint

• Relevant product/service

• Transaction/reference number, if applicable

• Supporting documents, where relevant

We will acknowledge the complaint and endeavour to address it within a reasonable time in accordance with applicable requirements and the terms applicable to the relevant product/service.

Step 2 – Product/Service Provider

Where the complaint relates to a transaction, product or service ultimately provided by an AMC, RTA, issuer, broker, platform, Portfolio Manager or other regulated entity, the complaint may also need to be raised directly with the relevant entity under its grievance mechanism.

MeraRupya will assist, wherever appropriate, in directing the complaint to the relevant service provider.

Step 3 – Regulatory Escalation

For eligible Mutual Fund-related complaints that remain unresolved through the applicable intermediary/AMC/RTA grievance process, investors may use the appropriate regulatory grievance mechanism, including SEBI SCORES, subject to the applicable process and eligibility.

Investors may also use Securities Market Approach for Resolution Through ODR (SMART ODR) or another applicable dispute-resolution mechanism where available and applicable.

Important

The appropriate escalation route depends on the product and entity against which the grievance arises.

A complaint regarding an AMC's scheme administration, for example, may need to be addressed to the AMC/RTA, while a complaint concerning MeraRupya's distribution or service may be addressed to MeraRupya.
